The Olive Shop's Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from two types of olives, Koroneiki and Athinolia, which are hand picked by local farmers in and around Mt Taygetus located between the cities of Kalamata and Sparta. When the juice of the perfectly pressed olive is picked, pressed and stored correctly it ensures that from the moment you open the bottle for the first time you will receive all the aroma, flavour and goodness of the olive from the day that it was first pressed. Use this wonderful fruit juice to add natural flavour and aroma to all your culinary delights whilst grilling, oven cooking, shallow frying and particularly for salad dressings. Remember if there is any oil left here's a quick beauty tip: Gently massage a few table spoons onto your body twice a week. Wait for it to dry and watch the results! Greece in a bottle.
