Strange smell i fort they was off till i washed them. that kind of puts you off allready. they are edible but the texture is very chewy and rubbery. yuck!
Smells odd at first
But once thoroughly rinced this is great stuff. we have bought it before and it works great in soups too without the added calories. ensure to use it with a nice rich sauce so it soaks up the flavour. definitelt a waist conscious product. the initial smell upon opening the packed is off putting but the final result is lovely.

Quite a rubbery consistency. i was quite put off by the texture.

Surprisingly, this does fill you up & keeps you filled up. it's rubbery though. when you try to bite it, it shoots back & is slightly squeaky on your teeth. but i'd definitely buy it again. not bad at all for the amount of calories.
