The spanish paella was to die for, the massalla was ok however i enjoy spicier currys im looking for an authentic curry taste like i would get from an indian restaurant i still havent found anything that come close.

I cook from scratch so was interested to see if these would taste fresh, the paella shot was very flavoursome and made a speedy dinner for the family. the massala curry shot however was very dissapointing, the ginger was so overpowering that i had to add some ground almonds & coconut milk to make it edible. i cook with ginger often but the other flavours in this shot were totally lost by the overwhelming hit of ginger. the addition of almonds & coconut milk did however make a pretty awsome curry.
