Organico Tomato and Basil Sauce
Our tomato sauce comes from another co-operative in Tuscany. The tomatoes are picked and packed within 24 hours to maximise the freshness of the product – leading to a few frenetic weeks in August - and each jar could actually be tracked back to a specific field. The pasta is slow dried and shaped with bronze plates, 100% La Marche durum wheat. Simple products, executed with care.
