It means good in quality, clean in terms of the ingredients we use and the impact we have on the environment and fair in terms of the way suppliers and workers are treated. Our pasta is sourced from a pioneer organic co-operative in the La marche region which was set up to protect vanishing jobs in the countryside and to promote bio-diversity and rich agricultural soils that renew themselves.
