Dorset Cereals Bircher Muesli Mix
Share with your friends
Originating in Switzerland, bircher muesli is made by soaking oats overnight in juice and yoghurt, with a touch of grated fruit. We've simplified the method with our fruity bircher mixes, using finely milled oats and dried fruit which can be soaked in as little as 30 minutes, for a cooler, creamier muesli.

We loved this, it tastes great soaked overnight and really makes the fruit plump up. we've added fresh fruit and ran out of natural yoghurt so used frubes but still all taste really nice

Honestly, have just been eating this as regular muesli (using the portioning spoon!) rather than soaking it for any length of time in apple juice and yoghurt....neither are items we'd normally buy and as the box is quite large, figured we'd have to buy these two additional ingredients until the box ran out, so took the risk with regular skimmed milk....and it's fine! fruity and autumnal in taste, really enjoying eating it!

My husband really enjoyed this bircher muesli, followed the instructions & left to soak in the fridge overnight then added fresh fruits, i'll look out for this again in the supermarkets
