Delicous alchemy oaty cookie mix
My 16 and 9 year old have just made these cookies. they managed without much help so the instructions were clear and they were easy to make. having just tried one, warm from the oven i am very impressed. they are light and crunchy and could easily pass as a standard gluten filled cookie. also very much enjoyed by the kids and my fussy husband, i don't think just 10 will last very long!!
