Looks just like sugar - and the packaging is brilliant - i had it in coffee and was good - tasted just like sugar - but son had it on cereal and knew immediately it was a sweetener - how - i dont know as it looks granually n 'sugerlike' but he knew !!!! lol .... good try tho
