Brioche Pasquier Pan Au Lait
The Pasquier family began baking brioche in 1936 in a small bakery in the West of France. Based on a traditional recipe, our Pain au lait are made using the finest ingredients to make a light, airy, moist brioche roll you can enjoy with your favorite filling.

They taste ok. but what worries me is that after two weeks of keeping them in the kitchen they didn't go mouldy, which was the case for other pastries that i got from a local bakery. there must be a lot of preservatives or other substances in these. the bread and butter pudding with these brioche was really nice.

These made a pretty good breakfast for the other half who has to get up early for work. either with some jam, nutella or that new biscoff spread. for me i found a kind of unpleasant greasiness in my mouth afterwards, but for a quick breakfast they are very good.
