These taste okay (i had banana and vanilla), but nothing special, and if i'm honest by lunchtime i was much hungrier than usual. didn't fill me up at all.

I don't normally have a big breakfast so this was ideal for me and tasted good too. by lunchtime i was more hungry than usual though so i would say this would be good to drink along with my usual breakfast.
