• How does the Degusta Box subscription work?
  For your first box:
  
  • Sign up between the 1st and the 10th of the month and you should receive the box between the 15th and 25th of that month.
  • Sign up between the 11th and the 22nd of the month and you should receive the box between the 25th and 31st of that month.
  • Sign up between the 23th and the last day of the month and you should receive the box by the 11th of the following month.
  
  After your first box, you should always get your box in the first round of deliveries between the 15th and 25th of the month.
• What's in the box?
  Degusta Box is a monthly surprise food and beverage subscription box with 10-15 products, many of which are new to the market. The items in the box will be a surprise but we can say one thing, you will always find something new and delicious with excellent value for money!
• How much does Degusta Box cost?
  The box costs is 14.99 GBP each month if you choose a monthly subscription. After the first box, you'll be able to choose a quarterly, semiannual or annual subscription type with discounts.
• Is there a minimum subscription time?
  There is no mimimum subscription time. You can request for your account to be paused or cancelled at any time by contacting our customer service team directly. Make sure you cancel before the 1st, if you don't wish to be charged for the next month's box.
• Can I skip a month of delivery?
  You can pause your account for up to 6 months by contacting our customer service team directly. Please keep in mind to notify us before the 1st of the month you would like to pause the subscription.
